For the last 3 years, I’ve been quietly completing my doctoral degree in business administration from the University of Michigan - Flint. Here’s an article they published recently that captures my journey to date. During my program, I received a request from the U.S. Embassy of Kuwait to travel to Kuwait in the Middle East to serve as a U.S. Embassy Speaker for their Global Entrepreneurship Week events.
While sitting in my hotel, I received what I believe to be a spiritual download that accumulated all my years of experiences in the marketplace as a mother, wife, and entrepreneur into a framework I now call The Triangular Trade of Transactions™. We don’t have to get into the weeds of it now; I’m actually writing my dissertation on this nonmarket strategy framework. From my experience with Wendy I gathered that my next big idea, how far I can go and how much impact I can make in my community is all really in-between my ears.
