Seat Request
A formal expression of interest in the 2027 Inaugural Fellowship. A private fellowship for founders, operators, and senior leaders building seriously inside complex environments.
Thank you for considering a seat in the Inaugural Fellowship. This request is the beginning of a conversation, not a transaction.
The Residency convenes a small, deliberate Fellowship — curated Founders, Operators, and senior Leaders — each year. Seats are awarded by request, review, and conversation. Founding seats are filled as qualified requests are received.
This Seat Request takes most prospective Fellows between thirty and sixty minutes to complete thoughtfully. We are not looking for polish. We are looking for clarity — about what you are building, the terrain you are navigating, and what you would bring to the table.
A note before you begin
This Seat Request is read by Dr. W.E. Da'Cruz personally. We do not screen by algorithm, keyword, or revenue threshold. We screen by fit — for the work, for the room, and for the Fellowship year ahead.
Every request receives a response. Those who advance are invited to a private admission conversation before any decision is made.
At the Desk is rooted in Christian faith. While we do not require Fellows to share our faith, the belief is woven into the fabric of how we operate — in how we steward relationships, hold confidence, and approach the work. We share this openly so that applicants enter the Fellowship with clarity about who we are.

Complete the Seat Request in full. Partial requests are not reviewed.

Write in your own voice. This is for our discernment, not for a committee. Honesty serves you more than
performance.

Expect a response within seven business days. Qualified requests are invited to a private admission conversation.

Founding seats close when filled. Earlier requests have access to earlier conversations and earlier seat decisions.
